Right of Withdrawl
As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of any order for goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for 14 days after you receive the order. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason to decide you do not wish to keep any goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund.
The relevant 14 day period starts on the date that you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If you have received an item from us and it is faulty then please get in touch with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our utmost to resolve any problem quickly and to your satisfaction.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet please check again with your bank or credit card, allow up to 7 days for their processing time. If you’ve still not received your refund after this time, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
It is our policy to only exchange items that are faulty, however we will consider exchanging other items if the goods are in original condition and the customer pays return and additional shipping costs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding exchanges.
To return your product, you should send us an email at email@example.com and you will be provided with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sequentix GmbH will cover shipping costs for the return and replacement of faulty items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
